Text to Pay

Public Service has partnered with Re-Pay to offer ‘Text to Pay’ for your loans! Watch for a text message on February 1st to opt in to payment reminders and set up your text payment preferences.

  • Reply START to opt-in to future payment reminders.
  • Reply PAY to pay your scheduled payment amount.
  • Reply STOP to opt-out of future loan payment notifications.

Once you have opted-in you will receive a loan payment reminder text 2 days prior to your due date, giving you the option to text to pay. If your payment has not been made you will receive another reminder on your due date and again at 5 days past due.

Make sure your phone number is up to date. Login to your account online or with the PSCU mobile app and click on your profile icon from the top right of the page. Then click Personal Information and verify your mobile phone number is correct.
