Technical Issue Affecting Debit & Credit Cards
We have been notified of a technical issue impacting multiple card processors, including CO – OP, our card processor. This issue is causing errors in transaction processing, which may lead to declined transactions when using your Public Service Credit Union debit or credit card. Please note that we’re currently unable to access our card system to verify transactions. Our card processing company is actively working to resolve the issue and we’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
