Activate your PSCU Debit Card: Call the number on the card to activate it and set up your PIN. Please call from the number on file with the credit union and use the ssn of the person whose name is on the card. If you have any issues, contact us at 260-432-3433 or after hours at 888-241-2510.
Watch your mailbox for your PSCU Credit Card: You can activate and begin using your PSCU credit card as soon as it arrives in February, then destroy your old HCFCU card. If you have any issues, contact us at 260-432-3433 or after hours at 888-241-2510.

A: The Board determined that financial and economic trends were negatively affecting the long-term survivability of the Credit Union. In order to provide members with new technology and additional products and services, they needed to choose another credit union to partner with. Q: Why Public Service Credit Union? PSCU has certified financial counselors on staff, financial education tools, and offers free credit scores in online and mobile banking. A: Both the NCUA and DFI have approved the merger. On October 31st, HCFCU members voted and approved the merger which will take place on January 31st, 2023. The HCFCU branch will close at noon on Tuesday January 31st and reopen on February 1st at 9:00am.
